ABOUT
PRASHANT
He is a Master Functional Trainer and RECOMP Coach, recognized as the “Best Personal Trainer” of Chandigarh at the Fitness Excellence Awards 2017 (New Delhi). He is a certified Personal Trainer (since 2015) and Sports Nutritionist (since 2019) by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), U.S.A.
With over 7 years of experience as a Fitness Manager in some of the most renowned gyms across Tricity, Prashant has also mentored and educated numerous trainers on the ethics of fitness progression and achieving long-term results. In 2020, he started his own fitness consultation and training services, and since then, he has conducted multiple seminars across faculties, gyms, and corporate organizations.
Currently, Prashant is the only Animal Flow Level 2 Instructor in Tricity. He is also certified as an IKFF Kettlebell Coach, TRX Suspension Trainer, and Rehab Express Level 1 Coach. He is a sponsored athlete with Steadfast Nutrition.
To date, Prashant has helped over 400 clients successfully transform their health and fitness. Based in Chandigarh, he offers 1-on-1 personal training, group sessions, and online coaching programs tailored to individual goals.
